Will of the Majlisum:

Once per session, the wielder of the Will of the Majlisum may activate this artifact to gain a random positive and negative quirk, lasting for the duration of the session. If the rp-mod in charge of running their mech-RPs determines that they have adhered to all FOUR of their quirks, they gain slightly increased chances of success. If they fail to adhere to even one of their FOUR quirks, they instead suffer slightly decreased chances of success.
